Cancellation policy

In the case of cancellations notified 48 hours or more, we will refund the full amount paid. Upon cancellation, refunds are processed within 24 hrs however, please allow 3 business days for funds to appear in your bank account.
In the case of cancellations notified between 48 and 24 hours, we will retain 50% of the event cost, allow postponement or issue the client a credit note to be used within 3 months. In the case of cancellation notified 24 hours or less, Goldie Grazing will retain the full amount paid.

Food handling and allergies

Please consider Goldie Grazing boxes are produced in facilities that handle the
following ingredients: milk, eggs, soya, seafood, peanuts, sesame seeds, tree nuts, gluten and celery, sulphur dioxide and sulphites. Our Boxes are not prepared in an allergen-free environment, therefore it is not possible to guarantee the total absence of these ingredients in any Goldie Grazing products. Goldie Grazing accepts no liability to any allergic reaction by a customer as a result of consuming a Goldie Grazing product. 

Food should be consumed within 3 hours upon pick up/delivery. If it is not consumed within 3 hours, we will not be held accountable for freshness of the food.

Please note that we deliver within Gold Coast only, in the radius of 25 km. If delivery address is not within that radius and order is placed, a refund will be issued and will incur a fee of $5
